INHALATION AROMA STICK
Aroma sticks or individual aroma inhalers are an excellent tool and a very welcome practical aid, for both children and adults. Aroma sticks are safe, lightweight and unbreakable. Thanks to their small size, you can keep them on hand at all times.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The essences are dropped onto a cotton filter placed inside the inhaler, through the inhalation hole. The sticks are only sniffed (at a distance of about 10–15 cm), they are not inserted into the nostrils – they are only for external use. If handled properly, the aromatherapy stick will last for several weeks.
We recommend using only one type of your chosen essential oil or blend. These can be inhaled through the inhalation port.

- in times of stress, to lift the mood or calm you down through feelings of relaxation.
- During difficult meetings or studying.
- it is handy when travelling or moving around by means of public transport or in hospitals.
CAUTION
The internal filter is not replaceable.
