Usage
When flavouring sauces and soups, first whisk the powder thoroughly in cold water.
To sweeten the hot drink, first pour 1–2 teaspoons of powder into the cup before pouring hot water over it. This will prevent the lumpiness of the powder in the drink.
The powder is only partially soluble in water.
Add the amount of date powder necessary to achieve your desired taste to smoothies, pancakes or other desserts and dishes.
